<p><em> M</em><em>ethodology This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive research method by explaining variables and processing the data at the stage of identification and factor analysis.</em> <em>Distributed to 40 respondents who are involved in railroad works. The purpose of this study is to describe a number of variables with respect to the problem and the unit studied between the problems being tested, and to determine the success factors.</em></p>
